La Cirra clouds of taste

The Cirra is the result of a wise and patient processing of the whole of spelled, rice, soy, wheat fiber and soft wheat that is subjected together with the yeast to a very long maturation that gives it high digestibility and tolerability.
We have refined and evolved the method of processing Roman pins using the most modern technologies combined with the daily experience gained within a dedicated production laboratory.
A mix of organic flours (spelled, rice, wheat and soft wheat fiber) for a soft and fragrant dough, naturally leavened for 70h and easily digestible, enriched with a perfect gourmet sweet or savory filling.
Present in Palermo, Catania, Marsala, Messina, Capo d’Orlando, Milazzo and Barcelona P.G.
