Overlooking the Gulf of Milazzo since 1977, Il Covo del Pirata is a restaurant that integrates a pizzeria inside. The restaurant is furnished in a sober and elegant manner and offers a wide selection of fresh fish every day, cooked to customer specification.

The Sicilian tradition dishes, reissued in new variants, acquire a new character by mixing flavors and aromas of our land with elements of slim and Mediterranean cuisine. The result is always surprising, thanks to unusual and very popular combinations.

Beside the careful study of the menu, one could not miss the scrupulous choice of wines, where the presence of the rich Sicilian wines prevails.

Our tasty pizzas are prepared according to the Neapolitan tradition. The recipe dates back to the birth of the restaurant and is the result of the experience of a great Neapolitan pizzaiolo. The choice of flour, yeast along with a skillful and abundant workmanship gives a characteristic softness. The use of the best mozzarella and high quality ingredients gives this unique dish unprecedented goodness. Alongside tradition, the choice to propose alternative doughs to meet the needs of a more and more attentive clientele for healthy eating.
